• We do not create individual profiles with the e-mail information you provide or give it to any other organizations, unless court ordered.

Registration is not required to enter our site. In order to use this website, visitors and/or members are not required to complete any registration form. Please understand when filling out a form for our programs, that your information is protected under our policies, and your information as stated before will not be shared with any one not apart of PTWEco.

Safety & Security: 

"DO NOT TRACK" Pretty Tough Womens Empowerment does not track its visitors over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals. However, some third party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, your browser allows you to set the DNT signal so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked. You should consult the help pages of your browser to learn how to set your preferences so that websites do not track you.

Social Media: 

PTWEco. engages with Guests on multiple social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram). If you contact us on one of our social media platforms, request Guest service via social media, or otherwise direct us to communicate with you via social media, we may contact you via direct message or use other social media tools to interact with you. In these instances, your interactions with us are governed by this privacy policy as well as the privacy policy of the social media platform you use.

Text Messages:

We may send text messages you have consented to receive. You can cancel text messages at any time by texting "STOP". After you send "STOP", we may send you an additional text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from that short/long code/number. Message and data rates may apply.

You Provide:

We collect information that you enter on our digital properties or give to us in other ways (e.g., when you contact Guest Relations, order on prettytoughwe.com). Once you register to become a member of PTWEco. we will collect personal information including your credit/debit information, name and address etc. Please understand this is so that you can receive your products and the only information that is stored by our corporation personally is your email address for newsletters and information to be sent out to you. Your information is protected through Wix payment terms. 

Image credit & Sources: Whenever possible, we have used images and photography on the Pretty Tough Womens Empowerment Co. website that have been shared publicly with us or our partners. Additional images that have been sourced are used under the Creative Commons License.

Counseling: If you use our counseling option to vent to our Trauma Recover Coach, that we provide through our individual and family assistance program, please understand a transcript of your conversations will NOT be recorded or stored, but we do 3-month, 6-month, 12-month check ups so please be aware that the only information we will keep on file for 365 days is your phone number, your first and last name, and the reason for your venting session (e.g. stressed, depressed, overthinking, trauma.)
